Our platform processes hundreds of thousands of pages of documents every week, saving our customers countless hours of manual processing time and enabling them to process medical claims more efficiently./ppbAbout the Role:/b/ppThis is an exciting opportunity for a customer-facing professional with experience in the insurance, medical, or legal industries to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a trusted expert to our customers, you will be responsible for ensuring their success on the Wisedocs platform. You will work closely with new customers to onboard them successfully and grow current customers' volume by understanding their business and technical requirements./ppbResponsibilities:/b/pulliOnboarding and Ongoing Customer Training: Educate customers, gather and execute workflow requirements to solve technical problems, and ensure the smooth adoption of our products./liliAccount Management: Consistently be in contact with customers throughout the lifecycle to ensure any concerns are addressed, and you understand any changes in their business or industry./liliData Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and provide insights to customers on how they can optimize their use of Wisedocs products and services./liliCross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Sales, and Quality Assurance to ensure customers receive the best possible experience./liliCustomer Retention: Identify and communicate customer health, address potential customer expansions, implement strategies to retain customers, and build long-term relationships./li/ulpbQualifications:/b/pulli2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry or a related field with a customer-facing or B2B role./liliRelevant education, such as Health Sciences, Medical Terminology, or Disability Management, is a strong asset./liliExperience with Hubspot/CRM and ticketing systems like Jira./liliWorking knowledge of medical documentation and terminology./liliPrior experience in managing a diverse client group portfolio with outstanding customer service results is a strong asset./liliAbility to travel within the US and Canada./liliTeam player with excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills./liliTechnical prowess with the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and make them easily understandable to end-users./li/ulpbWhat We Offer:/b/pulliModern employee benefits, including health and dental coverage./liliCompetitive compensation with valuable stock options./liliAn opportunity to develop rapidly in your career with a super-immersive learning environment./liliAccess to a learning and professional development fund to help you level up your career./li/ulpWe're an equal opportunity employer committed to providing employment accommodation in accordance with AODA.
