Job Title: Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market

At EvenUp, we're on a mission to level the playing field in personal injury cases. We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team and help us achieve this goal.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a seasoned Customer Success Manager to lead our mid-market customer success efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving customer growth, retention, and satisfaction. You'll work closely with our sales and product teams to develop and execute customer engagement plans, identify upsell opportunities, and provide exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market customers, understanding their needs and pain points
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify upsell opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them
  • Provide exceptional customer support, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor and analyze customer health, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to the team
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Motivated to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models
  • Ability to travel within the United States up to 25%
