Key Responsibilities
  • IT Operations Management: Oversee the management of business applications, end-user desktop/laptop computers and software, network communications equipment, and systems security processes.
  • IT Systems Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain IT systems and software to support the company's business objectives.
  • Technology Strategy and Planning: Identify, evaluate, and recommend key technologies required to support and improve business processes.
  • Project Management: Lead technical projects to ensure alignment with organizational strategic objectives and key results.
  • Resource Allocation and Optimization: Manage a complex mix of projects while optimizing resource allocation based on strategy and business goals.
  • IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including operations, network architecture, systems engineering, and cybersecurity initiatives.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of leading successful implementation projects.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security, as well as manufacturing experience, inventory management, and physical goods handling.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage a complex mix of projects.
