The Associate Optometrist is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and driving business results. Main Responsibilities

Ensure executional excellence and winning results in partnership with the MOD and store team.
Demonstrate commitment to exceed results through strong competency in KPI management and high accountability.
Ensure the brand is known as the leading optical provider within the community.
Operate as a successful stakeholder to all leaders within the organization and local market.
Place the patient/customer first and deliver excellent service.
Strive to exceed expectations on all KPIs.
