About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Sales Associate to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
  • Sales Performance: Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
  • Product Knowledge: Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options, suggest ways to improve sales.
  • Inventory Management: Comply with inventory control procedures, maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Language: Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Driver's License: Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Education: Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Product Knowledge: Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products, operating tinting and mixing equipment.
