About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Store Associate to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Build trust relationships with customers, understanding their needs and presenting relevant products and services
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, following company policies and procedures
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits, making recommendations to customers as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 18 years of age; legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license; reliable transportation
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail environment
  • Knowledge of paint and paint-related products
  • Ability to operate tinting and mixing equipment
