About the Role

AHEAD is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our digital transformation initiatives. As a Data Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for directing a diverse team of advisory and delivery talent in delivering strategic solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Delivery:
  • Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and planning workshops to ensure client expectations are appropriately set and managed.
  • Lead technical project teams in the delivery of consulting service offerings, driving and managing objectives, requirements gathering, project tasks/milestones, project status, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Break down complex problems into manageable segments, identify factors that affect the problem, and decide how to approach the project.
  • Finalize and sign off on project deliverables, presenting them to client executive management.
  • Business Development:
  • Support business development pursuits through client discovery meetings, qualifying opportunities, and developing strawman proposals.
  • Represent service offerings during the sales cycle, including project scoping, proposal development, and presenting proposals to clients.
  • Develop and promote relationships with customers, presenting technical solutions to C-Level executives.
  • Practice Development & Thought Leadership:
  • Develop and enhance AHEAD Advisory services offerings, including consulting offerings and deployment services.
  • Establish yourself as a technology thought leader and evangelist, maintaining a broad knowledge and understanding of the current and anticipated future state of the IT marketplace.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of experience as a senior information technology leader overseeing transformative modernization initiatives.
  • Senior-level consulting experience with a strong understanding of business measurement frameworks.
  • Minimum of five years of executive technology consulting experience.
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated business acumen and the ability to solve complex, abstract problems.
  • Executive presence, with the ability to connect with different personalities and demonstrated experience as a technology change agent.
