About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Budtender/Dispensary Support Employee. As the face of Nectar, you will be responsible for ensuring each patient leaves our stores with the product they need and a desire to come back. Your excellent customer service skills and positive attitude will make a difference in our patients' experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked and the store environment is tidy, safe, and inviting.
• Promote a work environment that is positive, customer service-oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures.
• Maintain product knowledge and accurately use and maintain the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Greet patients warmly when they enter and verify proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for Patients.

Requirements:
• United States Citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass an extensive criminal background check.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent - College degree preferred.
• 1-year retail experience preferred.
• Must be willing to work weekends and have a reliable method of transportation to get to work.
