The Human Resources Project Manager will provide strategic leadership in project and program management within the HR department. This role involves maintaining project and program deliverables for various initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project and program management efforts across HR, collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement innovative projects.
  • Develop, design, and execute various projects and programs organization-wide, balancing strategic and administrative functions.
  • Identify and execute projects that enhance team value and efficiency, leveraging HRIS systems and project planning software.
  • Manage resources effectively and efficiently, participating in planning meetings with HR and business leaders to provide project updates.
  • Analyze metrics to assess program impact and monitor progress, adjusting plans as necessary.
Administrative Duties:
  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and calendars for Occupational Health programs.
  • Coordinate administrative aspects of programs, tracking and reporting on milestones.
  • Monitor budget expenditures, process invoices, and manage expense claims.
  • Create and maintain departmental reports.
Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in HR.
  • Strong initiative and self-starter with minimal supervision required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve issues timely.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday and Healthstream.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and website management.
  • Expertise in project planning and management software.
  • Ability to schedule meetings, book rooms, and produce materials dependably.
  • Discretion and judgment in handling confidential employee matters.
  • Comfortable collaborating with executives and their Executive Assistants.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
