ACERCA DEL PUESTO

El especialista técnico será responsable de la evaluación de componentes acústicos, mecánicos y electrónicos, así como de cables, subensambles y productos terminados para garantizar que cumplan con los estándares funcionales y de calidad establecidos.

Además, colaborará con el personal de ingeniería en la recolección de datos acústicos, el análisis de resultados y la preparación de informes básicos para productos electroacústicos como auriculares, tapones para los oídos, micrófonos, intercomunicadores y productos militares montados en la cabeza.

Este rol implica participar en la planificación de pruebas, la configuración, el enrutamiento de cables y el desarrollo de campos sonoros bajo la supervisión de ingenieros acústicos.

RESPONSABILIDADES:
  • Experiencia demostrada en la resolución de problemas de ensamblajes electro-mecánicos y problemas de cableado.
  • Capacidad para interpretar esquemas electrónicos y dibujos de ingeniería.
  • Realizar un diagnóstico detallado para identificar fallas hasta el nivel de PCB o subensamble en sistemas electrónicos.
  • Asistir en la identificación de causas raíz de fallas y comunicarlas de manera efectiva.
  • Configurar y utilizar equipos de prueba acústica y electrónica para evaluación y análisis de fallas.
  • Realizar inspecciones generales de productos para detectar defectos de mano de obra y visuales.
  • Analizar datos de pruebas y crear informes y presentaciones de pruebas.
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS:
  • Se requiere diploma de secundaria o equivalente.
  • Fuerte comprensión de electrónica analógica y digital.
  • De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en pruebas y resolución de problemas de ensamblajes electrónicos y electro-mecánicos.
