Position: Medical Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced clinical environment. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare providers and delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support healthcare providers in various clinical settings, including examination and treatment rooms
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as patient chart documentation and lab result incorporation
  • Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized clinical environment
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and service
  • Possess excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments
  • Required: High school diploma, recent medical assistant experience, BLS/CPR certification
  • Preferred: Associate degree in a medical field, CMA/CPT certification
