  • Analyze warranty database to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce warranty costs and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warranty claims or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
