We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Services Navigator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide outreach and engagement activities to individuals with behavioral health needs who are hesitant to engage in treatment.

You will work to develop a positive rapport with individuals in need, demonstrating a caring and empathetic manner, which assists in building trust and facilitating entry into needed treatment. This role involves working primarily in the community with Options personnel and collaborating with community partners to outreach and engage clients in need of behavioral health services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, utilizing motivational interviewing to engage clients in needed services. You will also assist individuals in problem-solving around personal issues impacting their ability to access services.
