A Day in the Life:
As a Customer Service Administrative Specialist, you will focus on delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.


Your Main Duties Include:
  • Managing a medium to high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Building and nurturing customer relationships to retain and expand our client base.
  • Providing clear information about our services and products to assist customers effectively.
  • Performing general office tasks, including report generation, appointment scheduling, and payment processing.
  • Utilizing a company vehicle for necessary business tasks during work hours.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Proven sales abilities and effective communication skills.
  • The capability to upsell services to meet customer needs.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve customer issues effectively.
