Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial operations of the DGA, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and make a significant impact on the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement financial policies and procedures
  • Manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a non-profit or political organization
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and staff
  • Experience with financial software, including QuickBooks and NGP VAN
