Responsibilities- Responsible for the service revenue stream, providing leadership for all Service activities with internal and external customers
- Accountable for the region's service strategy and achievement of specific budget objectives
- Collaborating with sales leaders and account managers to drive growth
- Interfacing with customers to understand their desired outcomes
- Incumbent must excel at hiring, developing, training, coaching, leading and motivating a diverse workforce for optimal results
- Ensure environmental, health and safety compliance within service team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in service leadership, preferably in a technical HVAC environment
- Strong customer skills and proven experience with building and maintaining relationships
