Job Description Summary

The GE Aerospace Transformation team is focused on driving digital transformation and process improvement across the organization. As the Transformation Operations and Change Leader, you will play a key role in partnering with the Digital Technology organization to drive internal transformation of the GE Aerospace Supply Chain and business processes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement governance structures and standard work to support transformation objectives.
  • Lead organizational change management across business and manufacturing transformational efforts to maximize employee adoption.
  • Manage communications and stakeholder engagement plans and execution.
  • Coordinate training development and execution, ensuring that organizational change management standards are incorporated into training to maximize adoption and understanding.
  • Develop and evolve stakeholder analysis and persona definitions to enable organizational change management deliverables and system access/role design.
  • Coordinate with senior leaders and transformation project leaders to ensure integrated change management activities are incorporated into project plans.
  • Build operating cadence with program leaders, DT leadership, and functional leaders to prioritize and evolve the transformation roadmap.
  • Drive continuous improvement by establishing and reporting on metrics to measure effectiveness of change, while executing on strategies to overcome resistance.
  • Understand and leverage A&D best practices for digital transformations, leveraging external vendors and industry relationships.
  • Coordinate budget and resource allocation processes in partnership with DT function.
  • Manage operational reporting to senior leadership for transformation efforts.
  • Incorporate flight deck fundamentals and industry best practices into transformation program office daily management, building standard governance and organizational change management processes across multiple initiatives.
  • Responsible for project operations and programs support, including standardization, quality management, document management, methods creation and maintenance, process improvement, and tools for the project management function.
  • Use high levels of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems in areas of operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering.
  • Assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders.
  • Offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations.
  • May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view.
Minimum Job Requirements
  • Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management.

Experience with implementing lean/flight deck principles.

Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects.

Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

Established project management skills.
