Job SummaryThe Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a key member of our outpatient care team, providing direct and indirect patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. As an LPN, you will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Assist physicians with patient care, procedures, and follow-up, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Deliver and execute clinical care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups, promoting cultural sensitivity and awareness.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent qualifying experience.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse in Washington State or Multistate license endorsement (MLS).
- Current BLS Certification.
- Previous experience as an LPN in an acute care setting within the last three (3) years preferred.
- Experience in assigned specialty, or successful completion of a specialty-focused residency post-hire.
- Successful completion of appropriate competencies for assigned specialty.
