We are seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Interim HealthCare of Bellevue WA. As a RN/LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a home health or clinical setting, providing one-on-one patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Assess and document patient conditions, administer medication, and provide wound care and personal hygiene assistance.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
- Communicate Effectively: Document patient progress, report changes, and communicate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
- Meet Patient Needs: Provide in-home or clinical-direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care, while closely monitoring progress and recovery.
- Education and Licensure: An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in WA state.
- Experience and Certification: At least one (1) year of experience in nursing and current BLS certification.
- Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license, ability to travel to patients' homes/clinic, and two (2) positive work references.
