We are currently seeking an Inventory Management Analyst to become a vital part of our Planning/Replenishment division. This role is essential for ensuring optimal inventory flow and responsiveness to market demand.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As an Inventory Management Analyst (Full-time Hourly), you will oversee the distribution of products to our retail locations, adapting to fluctuations in consumer demand.

Your role will focus on achieving a strategic balance of stock that enhances inventory turnover and profitability, while simultaneously fostering a pleasant shopping environment for our customers.

Collaboration with buyers, planners, and store personnel is crucial, as your contributions will significantly influence our operational success.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze performance metrics across various product lines and retail locations to optimize stock levels and inventory turnover.
  • Extract and compile data from reporting systems to evaluate business performance.
  • Manage and oversee system-generated purchase orders, adjusting quantities manually when necessary.
  • Track and update delivery schedules to ensure accurate information is maintained.
  • Communicate issues effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and propose actionable solutions.
  • Support additional projects as required.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail as an Inventory Management Analyst or in a similar capacity.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in mathematical analysis and familiar with retail performance metrics.
  • Ability to respond swiftly with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook, with adaptability to internal systems.
  • A dependable team player who builds strong relationships with colleagues, vendors, and store teams.
  • A positive attitude and flexibility in adapting to change.
