Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing them with tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain customers
- Provide expert advice on financial products and services to customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing solutions to meet those needs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of financial solutions to customers
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure TD Bank remains competitive
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in commercial banking or a related field
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
