Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager II to join our team at Nuvision Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our members, identifying their needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with members to understand their financial goals and objectives, and provide personalized recommendations to help them achieve those goals.
  • Process and fund all types of consumer and small business loans, including closed-end signature loans, lines of credit, and vehicle loans.
  • Recommend other products and services to members, such as investment services, insurance products, and credit cards.
  • Perform various account maintenance tasks, including changes of address, name changes, and account closures.
  • Assist with leadership functions in the absence of branch management and provide coaching and mentoring to other staff members.
  • Identify and report any suspicious behavior or suspected fraud activity.
  • Complete all required training and compliance modules.
  • Support and participate in continuous improvement activities and Credit Union events.
Requirements
  • 18 months of experience in a financial institution, with prior loan experience and a proven track record of reaching service and performance goals.
  • Strong knowledge of deposit and loan products, including trust, IRA, and certificate accounts.
  • Proven ability to garner business and provide excellent customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and anticipate member needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
