Mako Industries is seeking an experienced Apprentice Service Plumber to join our team. As a key member of our plumbing department, you will assist a journeyman plumber in maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of residential plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including the assembly, positioning, and sealing of valves, pipe fittings, and pipes.
  • Support a plumber in troubleshooting and resolving plumbing issues using appropriate devices and critical thinking skills.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local building and plumbing codes by enforcing adherence to requirements.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Assist in completing assigned work orders in a timely manner and build relationships with customers and team members.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in small spaces.
  • Desire to learn and develop knowledge and skills for installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems.
  • Ability to pass a drug test, motor vehicle record, and background check.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Passion for helping others and presenting a professional, positive, and helpful attitude at all times.
