Our clientele consists of elite athletes or those aspiring to reach elite status at the middle school, high school, college, and professional levels of their respective sports. Position Overview

We are seeking a Director of Administration to facilitate the realization of our vision and strategy across all programs under the Perfect Performance umbrella.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, oversee, and enhance communication and administrative processes based on industry best practices to boost efficiency.
  • Create and manage syllabi and pro-formas for all programs, including baseball, lacrosse, field hockey, softball, football, and performance training.
  • Lead the execution of each season, including virtual kick-off and closing meetings.
  • Manage coaches across all sports, encompassing recruitment, scheduling, and communication.
  • Oversee all training program, club team, camp, and tournament communications to participants.
  • Formulate budgets, manage resources, and align financial strategies with company objectives.
  • Monitor and assess budgetary performance metrics and reports to refine budgets and annual operating expenses.
  • Draft and manage contracts with joint venture partners and coaches.
  • Assist program coaches with operational and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to align objectives, implement improvements, and strategize changes.

  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills, coupled with strong interpersonal communication with all stakeholders.
  • Able to work remotely while being available for in-person meetings as necessary.
