Administrative Coordinator

At HDR, we're committed to creating a collaborative culture where every employee is valued and respected. As an Administrative Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team's success by providing administrative support and services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to staff, including typing, revising, and combining materials
- Proofreading and editing documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and format
- Providing backup reception duties, answering and directing telephone calls, delivering messages, greeting employees and visitors, scheduling conference calls, and distributing incoming faxes and mail
- Completing word processing tasks, including letters, memos, reports, and labels
- Providing meeting setup, travel arrangements, light accounting, and other miscellaneous tasks as needed
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, minimum 1 year of related work experience, and proficiency with MS Office, including Word and Outlook.
