Job Summary

The Fiduciary Investment Risk Manager position at The Forge Companies will support the President, CEO, and Trust Investment Committee with managing fiduciary account investment management duties. This role will oversee investment management and report to the President and TIC. Additionally, the Fiduciary Investment Risk Manager will provide investment management support to the Special Assets Manager, Chief Revenue Officer, and Senior Trust Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage fiduciary account investment management duties, including oversight of outside delegated investment managers.
  • Develop and implement investment strategies to meet the needs of fiduciary account beneficiaries.
  • Develop Investment Policy Statements for delegated trusts.
  • Track reporting on directed trust arrangements.
  • Create strategic growth initiatives for fiduciary investment management responsibilities.
  • Lead the investment process for delegated trust accounts to ensure delegated investment functions are properly executed.
  • Oversee vendor management for delegated investment managers, including initial approval and annual due diligence.
  • Coordinate reviews of delegated trust accounts, including investment performance and adherence to desired investment strategies.
  • Monitor investment manager performance and the suitability of each implemented investment strategy.
  • Develop and manage the delegated investment manager oversight process.
  • Support the Trust Officer team with investment strategy assignments and assess ongoing suitability of the strategy.
  • Assist in the sales process to discuss investment options.
  • Remain current on market and economic conditions.
  • Assist with the day-to-day investment of account assets.

Qualifications
  • Maintain a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience with investment management responsibilities and strategies for fiduciary accounts.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with SunGard Advantage or Fidelity IWS platforms is a plus.
  • Some travel required.
