Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage compliance deliverables to ensure applications comply with relevant policies, standards, and local regulations.
- Perform administrative and non-technical tasks associated with compliance deliverables and infrastructure requests for supported applications. Collaborate with vendors, development teams, and technology managers to ensure timely completion of technical security, risk, and compliance activities.
- Work alongside various teams and managers at the program level, receiving guidance from senior domain experts.
- Ensure timely completion of risk, security, and compliance deliverables for supported applications.
- Execute administrative tasks related to compliance, including access reviews, assessments, and procedural requirements.
- Assist in audit examinations and risk assessments for applications.
- Monitor and support technical security and risk activities conducted by development teams.
- Maintain application data in AppHQ and other record-keeping systems.
- Contribute to governance forums by preparing necessary artifacts and keeping stakeholders informed through regular updates.
- Identify risks and dependencies, assessing their impact on business and technology.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IT, focusing on Business Analysis and Risk Compliance Tech Delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Pivots, Macros).
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources for meaningful analysis and KPI reporting.
- Excellent follow-up skills to ensure project completion across different time zones.
- Experience with weekly report generation, JIRA-Kanban, and ITIL processes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to apply previous solutions to current challenges.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Strong oral and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
- Experience guiding projects through all phases, ensuring adherence to standards and completion of required documentation.
- Proven experience in creating and executing project plans on a global scale.
- Basic understanding of Information Security and familiarity with Unix and Windows operating systems.
Desired Qualifications:
- Background in CISA, CISSP, or CISM.
- Skills in reporting, presentation, MS Suite, communication, and technology risk understanding.
- Knowledge of business resiliency processes, risk management principles, and audit preparation methods.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, patch management processes, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Experience in Application Management.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Relevant certifications such as ITILV2, CISA, CISSP, or RHEL.
