Job SummaryWe're offering a competitive salary of $73,000 to $83,000 per year, depending on experience, to our successful candidate. As a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional with YesCare, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing individual and group therapeutic interventions, conducting psychosocial assessments, and developing treatment plans.
Responsibilities- Therapeutic Interventions: Provide individual and group therapeutic interventions to patients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based practices.
- Assessments and Evaluations: Conduct psychosocial assessments and mental health intake evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Risk Assessment and Intervention: Perform risk assessments and develop intervention plans to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Consultation and Collaboration: Provide behavioral health consultation to members of the multi-disciplinary clinical team and correctional personnel as directed.
- Crisis Intervention and De-escalation: Respond to crisis situations and de-escalate conflicts in a safe and effective manner.
- Care Coordination: Support and direct care coordination efforts for patients returning to the community, ensuring seamless transitions and ongoing behavioral health services.
- Treatment Planning: Develop, implement, and maintain patient treatment plans, including setting goals and objectives.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of programs and projects.
- Professional Development: Participate in in-service training programs and assist in the orientation of new staff.
