At YesCare, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Behavioral Health Professional to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality behavioral health services to our patients in a correctional setting.
Responsibilities:- Conduct individual and group therapeutic interventions to support patients' mental health and well-being.
- Perform psychosocial assessments and mental health intake evaluations to identify patients' needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Provide behavioral health consultation to members of the multi-disciplinary clinical team and to correctional personnel as directed.
- Perform crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Support and coordinate care efforts for patients returning to the community requiring ongoing behavioral health services.
- Initiate, complete, and maintain patient treatment plans to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of programs and projects to improve patient outcomes.
- Assist in planning and implementing in-service training programs and orient new staff to ensure a smooth transition.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports as required.
- Follow standard precautions and use personal protective equipment as necessary to ensure a safe working environment.
