Job Title: RN

University Hospital & Medical Center - healthtrust is seeking a skilled RN - Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team. This is a Traveling Psychiatric Nurse Position that requires a high level of expertise and compassion. As a Behavioral Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals with mental health needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychiatric nursing and excellent communication skills. This is a 12-hour night shift position, working from 7P-7A with a 91-day contract. We offer a competitive Estimated Gross Pay and a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals with mental health needs
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
Develop and implement treatment plans to address patient needs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:
Current RN licensure
BSN degree or higher
2+ years of experience in psychiatric nursing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
