Position Overview:

As a server at Tucanos Brazilian Grill, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the genuine satisfaction and enjoyment of our guests.

Acting as both a guide and a server, you will immerse your guests in the lively and vibrant culture of Brazil through a distinctive dining experience that showcases exceptional cuisine and outstanding personal service.

Alongside your fellow team members, you will provide an unmatched experience that caters to the expressed and unexpressed desires of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
As a server, your duties will include:

  • Articulating the Tucanos experience and menu offerings
  • Assisting guests in selecting food and beverage options
  • Taking and processing orders accurately
  • Delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely manner

You will be accountable for adhering to established protocols that guarantee the quality of food and service. Additionally, you will assist with seating guests, clearing and setting tables, performing light kitchen preparations, and managing takeout orders.

Maintaining accountability for your designated area and effectively communicating with both front and back-of-house team members will be essential in providing a dining experience that surpasses our guests' expectations.
