Position Overview:

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide them with precise information
  • Facilitate the check-in process and promote available services
  • Authenticate payment methods and manage cash transactions
  • Respond to phone inquiries and assist guests with their requests
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Assist with safety deposit box services and other guest-related tasks
  • Utilize office equipment and carry out additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficient in performing mathematical calculations accurately
  • Strong communication abilities with both guests and team members
  • Capability to stand and navigate the front office area
  • Excellent command of the English language (both spoken and written)
  • Computer skills to retrieve and enter information effectively
  • Adept at observing and responding to emergency situations

Physical Demands: Primarily sedentary work, with occasional lifting and movement required.
