- Accounting Experience: 1+ years of accounting experience, with a strong foundation in financial terminology and principles.
- Financial Knowledge: Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), with experience in accounting software (Plex, SAP, Oracle) a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels.
