Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic real estate team. The successful candidate will play a key role in growing our business by making outbound calls to qualify leads, set appointments, and support our agents in generating new business opportunities.
With a competitive estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, this position is perfect for someone with a strong phone presence, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to identify and qualify leads.
- Schedule appointments for team agents with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and appointments in our CRM.
- Follow up on leads in a timely and organized manner.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume and appointments set.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
- Organized, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a team.
