Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Refrigeration Specialist to join our team at Tech24. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Inspect and maintain commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and branch staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Complete service tickets accurately and efficiently, adhering to company procedures and protocols.
  • Manage inventory and track stock levels to ensure necessary parts are available for repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle, tools, and uniforms to Tech24 standards.
  • Set a positive example for less experienced technicians by demonstrating exceptional work ethic and professionalism.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety and customer service.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Standard computer skills and the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Industry-standard hand tools and a willingness to learn new techniques and approaches.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region and work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience as a commercial technician and Universal EPA certification preferred.
