Position Overview

This role is a temporary engagement focused on imaging and preparing equipment for deployment. The position involves a significant amount of overtime, with a typical work schedule from Monday to Saturday, averaging around 50-60 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct environment data collection and communicate with users.
  • Perform data entry and edit floorplans using Visio.
  • Prepare and assemble equipment, including PCs, terminals, and printers.
  • Deploy equipment to specified areas within various departments.
  • Install necessary peripherals as required.
  • Remove outdated equipment as necessary.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Required Skills

Familiarity with Active Directory for user management is beneficial. Knowledge of SCCM is also advantageous.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in deploying and reimaging PCs within a corporate environment. Experience with hardware replacement and troubleshooting of devices such as PCs, monitors, laptops, and printers is essential.

Work Environment

The role will involve working across various clinical locations and physician sites, with an emphasis on flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and demands.

Project Overview

This position supports a significant project involving the deployment of hardware in preparation for a major EMR system implementation. The initial phases will include data collection and inventory assessment, followed by hands-on deployment of equipment. The project will culminate in a testing phase to ensure all systems function correctly.
