About this Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team at Popmenu. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in strengthening our client portfolio in both new and established markets, accelerating growth for both Popmenu and the restaurant industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive awareness and sustain a strong client pipeline.
  • Work collaboratively with regional teams to develop messaging and methodologies that establish credibility and trust with restaurant owners and operators.
  • Conduct product demos and close deals in an accelerated sales cycle.
  • Cultivate the Popmenu brand by connecting with restaurant owners and operators to understand their challenges and provide a solution that turns prospective clients into Popmenu fans.
  • Manage client expectations by identifying opportunities and delivering results through effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to speak, read, and write proficiently in English and one of the following languages: Spanish, Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese.
  • Fluency in English and one of the above languages and skilled in the associated cultural dynamics is essential to this role.
  • Skilled in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and a self-starter with a hunter mentality.
  • Energized working in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Confident and energetic in conversations, with the ability to deliver inspiring product demonstrations and articulate value and ROI.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-relations skills, with the ability to manage time efficiently and stay organized.
  • A passion for food and technology, with a strong understanding of smartphone and tablet technology.
  • Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a plus.
