Responsible for welcoming guests, residents, and staff, handling both incoming and outgoing calls, recording and relaying messages, and providing general information.
SHIFT:
Saturday 2 PM to 8 PM and as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following responsibilities are typical for this role. This list is not exhaustive, and additional tasks may be assigned as necessary.
1. Performs telephone answering and reception tasks as required.
2. Takes detailed messages with relevant information and ensures they reach the appropriate recipient.
3. Welcomes residents and visitors warmly.
4. Responds to inquiries and provides directions as needed.
5. Assembles brochures for the marketing team.
6. Prepares meal tickets for team members and family, and compiles meal count sheets for the dining staff.
7. Updates the Resident Phone List and Email List, along with Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary.
8. Manages appointments for residents and their families, including services such as hairdressing and transportation.
9. Maintains a tidy and organized desk and entry area.
10. Organizes and distributes mail to residents, the Executive Director, and Department Heads.
11. Adheres to all company personnel policies and established operating procedures.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.
