The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring sound employee relations practices, conducting recruitment efforts, and maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Assure sound employee relations practices by helping employees understand and consistently apply policies and procedures.
- Conduct recruitment efforts for all personnel, students, and temporary employees.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
- Record and prepare information for local and federal reporting.
Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor's degree and five (5) years experience in employment processes required.
- At least two years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of employment laws, strong organizational and anticipatory skills with good follow-up necessary.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office suite required.
