Qualifications

Position Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis
- At least 2 years of experience utilizing Management Information Systems (MIS) or financial reporting tools such as Hyperion
- 2 years of experience in developing financial models
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (including pivot tables, graphs, and charts)
- 2 years of experience managing small to medium-sized projects
- 2 years of experience presenting analytical data to management

Job Description

Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst role will be accountable for delivering financial support, ensuring financial oversight, and providing recommendations on financial matters to the leaders of their designated business unit(s).

This position will serve as the secondary/supporting financial partner for the management team of the assigned business unit(s).

Position Responsibilities:

Review and Analysis of Monthly Results

- Coordinate and execute the review of monthly reporting and results process with assigned business unit(s).

- Provide analytical support and recommendations on significant financial issues, including researching and explaining variances to the plan in collaboration with assigned business unit(s).


MIS Issue Resolution

- Proactively address MIS issues affecting performance and discuss impacts with business unit(s) and Divisional Financial Officers.

Monthly / Annual Forecast Process


- Coordinate and execute the monthly/annual forecast analysis process with assigned business unit(s), including target development and coordination with Division Finance Officers and management.


Financial Analysis Support

- Offer financial support to business units.
- Maintain financial oversight and provide recommendations on financial matters to assigned business unit(s).
- Act as the primary financial partner for assigned business unit(s) and actively participate in team meetings.

Project Management

- Provide project financial support and analytics related to financial and other performance metrics for assigned business unit(s).

Communications and Presentations

- Lead and/or present financial analysis and results to business unit(s).
