The product team works on a diverse range of offerings, designed for Web, iOS, and Android platforms, providing users with opportunities to engage, play, and win. Your role will involve close collaboration with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, design, data insights, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee growth marketing strategies, enhancing our customer-facing experiences across acquisition and retention to create a robust pipeline that meets revenue goals.
  • Manage all acquisition channels, including budget allocation, execution, optimization, and partner selection.
  • Formulate and implement an SEO strategy to drive high-quality organic traffic.
  • Design an affiliate marketing strategy that attracts, maintains, and maximizes high-quality affiliate partnerships.
  • Establish and manage a lifecycle retention program, encompassing transactional messaging, trigger programs, and large-scale engagement campaigns.
  • Monitor and refine the company's growth strategy for all user lifecycle stages, defining an experimentation-rich roadmap for each marketing channel.
  • Oversee the development of dashboards to measure critical business KPIs related to growth (volume, CAC, retention, LTV/payback) and ensure milestones and KPIs are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and clear communication of value across all user touchpoints, including advertising materials, landing pages, emails, push notifications, product pages, and social media content.
  • Regularly communicate strategies and results to the leadership team.
Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in eCommerce, with a strong emphasis on performance-driven growth marketing or growth hacking; experience with RMG offerings is preferred.
  • Proven experience in setting, executing, and refining growth strategies within well-funded, growth-stage companies.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling customer acquisition, activation, and retention while controlling costs and maximizing lifetime value.
  • Experience in building, leading, and managing a growth team of marketers and affiliate managers, inspiring dedication and high-quality work.
  • Strong track record in analytics and surpassing sales KPIs.
  • Expertise in online acquisition tactics and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
