Customer Experience Representative

Join Tradebeusa, a leading international waste reclamation and recycling solutions provider, in a challenging and rewarding role as a Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless operations within our assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all customer service operations within the assigned region
  • Monitor daily customer service operations and activities for sales personnel
  • Provide assistance to customers and sales personnel by answering customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Submit profiles for approval
  • Schedule pickup and deliveries of customer material and confirm customer appointments
  • Coordinate customer pickups with transportation

Requirements:

  • Must be able to multitask
  • Ability to read, understand, and apply common operational documents, SOPs, and waste manifests are required
  • Ability to work well with others and proficiency in Excel is required
  • Proficiency in SAP is a plus
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check are required
