Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in your designated region, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to build strong relationships with our customers and provide exceptional support.
  • Help customers navigate and make the most of our Tradebe Customer Portal, ensuring seamless access to our services.
  • Foster relationships of trust through collaboration and communication, driving customer loyalty and retention.
  • Coordinate with our transportation team to schedule and confirm pickups and deliveries for customers, ensuring efficient and reliable service.
  • Work with internal departments such as Pricing and Billing to ensure accurate account updates and invoices.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with a customer-first approach.
  • Friendly, service-oriented demeanor with a strong ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in fast-paced environments, with a proven track record of success.
  • Competent in reading, understanding, and applying operational documents, SOPs, and waste manifests.
