  • Handling e-discovery, depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations is also a crucial aspect of this role.\
  • You will represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in complex litigation.\
  • This role requires advising clients on their legal rights and obligations, helping them navigate complex business disputes.\
  • Maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication, providing updates on case progress and legal advice, is essential.\
  • Collaborating with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients is a vital part of this position.\
  • To be successful in this role, you must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.\
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, specifically with real estate, banking, and business disputes, is required.\
  • Admission to the state bar (Oregon) is necessary.\
  • Proven experience in case evaluations, client communications, and strategy development is expected.\
  • Proficiency in e-discovery, depositions, hearings, arbitration, and mediations is a must.\
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively, are necessary.\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail, are also required.\
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, is essential.\
