Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Arboriculture Operations Foreman to join our team at ArborWorks LLC. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for leading a team of arborists in the execution of tree care services. Your expertise in tree pruning, removal, and maintenance will be crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient completion of projects.

**Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and train a team of arborists in the execution of tree care services
* Conduct site assessments to identify tree health and safety risks
* Develop and implement plans for tree pruning, removal, and maintenance
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences

**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience in arboriculture or a related field
* Completed Groundperson Training, Climber Training, Aerial Rescue Training, Tree Feller Training, and Bucket Operator Training
* Valid Class C Driver's license (Commercial Driver's License A/B preferred)
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment

**Compensation:**
$46.64 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career advancement.
