NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Specialist to join their team in Medford, NJ. This full-time role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills to provide an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet new and existing patients, register them, and provide information about their visit.
  • Schedule appointments in person or over the phone.
  • Communicate with various parties, including attorney offices, insurance companies, and translation companies.
  • Collect co-pays from patients and manage payer approvals.
  • Provide patients with important information about their next appointment.
  • Respond to requests for information from patients, providers, and coworkers.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year of front desk experience.

Estimated Salary: $15.15/hour (pending experience). Schedule: Weekdays - Monday through Friday (2 to 3 evenings until 7pm).
