Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of clinical and operational services, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Oversee the overall management of the Prosecutorial Diversion Program, including coordination and supervision of staff, program analysis, and annual staff evaluations.
  • Clinical Services: Provide care coordination services to participants, including assignment of new participants, supervision of staff, and ongoing program analysis.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure the program meets the highest standards of quality and patient care.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and provide quality consumer services, including participation in program design and development.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or social work.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical or operational management role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Current certification in a related field, such as CCM or ACM.
