Job Overview

Mondo is seeking a highly experienced Director of Account Management to lead our client services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of account managers and overseeing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of account managers and provide guidance on client relationships and account management strategies
  • Develop and implement account management plans to drive business growth and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects
  • Manage client budgets and ensure timely delivery of projects

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing and account management
  • Agency experience and direct people management experience
  • Hands-on experience managing client accounts and overseeing direct reports
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
