Job Title: Grant Administrator - Compliance

The Alzheimer's Association is seeking a highly skilled Grant Administrator - Compliance to join our team. As a key member of our grants team, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations throughout the grant management process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor grant activities and provide guidance to recipients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and run reports to ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Assist in developing and updating internal policies and procedures related to grant management.
  • Provide training and support on compliance requirements, reporting procedures, and best practices.
  • Prepare and submit required compliance reports to funding agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of grant activities and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and program teams to ensure a coordinated approach to grant compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in grant administration, compliance, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of federal policies, regulations, and guidelines related to grants and contracts.
  • Experience with automated accounting and financial reporting systems.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
