Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to identify grant opportunities that align with our organization's objectives and goals.
  • Develop and write compelling grant proposals that meet funders' requirements and organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with finance and program teams to prepare grant budgets and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage the grant submission process, including tracking deadlines and following up with funders as needed.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all grant-related requirements, including reporting, financial tracking, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information and documentation for grant proposals and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of all grant activities, including tracking awards, spending, and outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in grant writing and management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as communications, public administration, business, or accounting.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in grant writing, grant management, or a related field.
  • Proven success in securing and managing grants from a variety of funders, including government agencies, foundations, and corporations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, grant management software, and financial tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of federal and state grant regulations is a plus.
